About Us

Moore Village Pre-School is run under the leadership of Jane Pocock, School Manager assisted by Helen Hughes as Supervisor, and a team of five colleagues. The school was opened in 2004 and is regulated by Ofsted and located in the centre of Moore Village.

The Pre-School is run from The Milner Institute in Moore. For over 25 years there has been a pre-school or playgroup on the site. The children have access to a range of play equipment and the sessions are run in two rooms, the larger room for play activity where there is a snack bar to encourage children to select their own snacks and drinks, and a smaller room where messy and pre school activity takes place. There is a large enclosed play area outside, with a variety of play equipment, and a garden at the side where the children are able to grow their own plants and vegetables.
